I can't even begin to explain how excited I am! I can't wait to meet our lil dude in November. I just passed the half way point & I'm feeling pretty good (grateful to be done with the first trimester morning sickness). I'm just beginning to feel his little kicks, and I'm so obsessed. It seriously might be my favorite thing ever. 

    Its so strange/amazing that I have a tiny human growing inside me and it's not lost on me how lucky I am that my body is capable of such an incredible thing.

      I have deemed 2015 the year I put my fingers in as many pies as possible.  I have so many projects, plans, goals, and dreams for this year and my future. I have never felt so ambitious but I'm rolling with it. Some days I just want to fast forward and have everything I want to achieve, but I have to remind myself the joy is in the journey. So here's to a new year and the constant refining and improving of our lives!

I love love love that the whole school girl trend is in right now.  Collars under sweaters, plaid and pleated skirts, oxfords... are just a few of my favorite things. It is cold. Taking pictures outside without a heavy coat on is pretty much torture.  I took these down in Provo while visiting my parents. We spent Christmas with Nate's side of the family in Houston, so we celebrated my family's Christmas tonight. I'm so thankful that my family moved out here. It's so nice to have them nearby, and have my mom cook for us so often. She's an incredible cook. I'll have to share some of her recipes on the blog, you will love them.
